IPPE, the International Production & Processing Expo, is an annual trade show of the technology, equipment, supplies and services used in producing and processing eggs, meat and poultry and in feed manufacturing. It is held at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, with halls arranged by sector, from animal food ingredients and rendering to egg production, live production, food safety and meat and poultry processing and packaging.
The 2027 edition
The organisers list 26–28 January 2027. Conferences held in conjunction with the expo include AFIA’s Pet Food Conference on 26 January and the Latin American Poultry Summit.
Figures the organisers publish
For the 2026 edition the organisers report 1,375 exhibitors on 662,000 square feet of exhibit space and about 33,000 registered attendees, 29% of them from outside the US. For 2027 they forecast 1,300+ exhibitors and more than 640,000 square feet. These are organiser-reported figures.
