Marsden Exhibitions

Marsden Exhibitions designs and builds bespoke and modular stands from Loughborough, Leicestershire, and uses its own US and Canadian manufacture and build teams for shows in North America. It was established in 2003, when Storm Exhibitions (with roots back to 1996) merged with Marsden Direct Group, and it counts more than 3,521 stand builds at over 100 venues in 15 countries. It is one of the stand builders listed here and one of the stand builders in the UK.

One contact for shows in several countries

Marsden says it serves clients across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, Asia and Australia with one point of contact for builds in several territories. For US shows it covers design, print, lighting, flooring and electrics and handles the paperwork with US venues and organisers, so your team turns up with its marketing materials and the stand is ready. It also works the other way, building in the UK and Europe for North American companies. Since December 2025 it has been the official stand build partner for eight Easyfairs shows in the UK, and it has added FutureScape USA (Santa Monica, September 2026) and, from 2027, FutureScape Global and Recycling Expo Middle East.

Work at shows abroad

Its case studies include a 6 x 6 metre bespoke stand for The Multiplayer Group at the Game Developers Conference 2023 at the Moscone Center, a Pixelmon stand at gamescom in Cologne (Koelnmesse exhibition centre), Columbus McKinnon at Prolight + Sound and Motive Components at Automechanika, both in Frankfurt (see the Messe Frankfurt exhibition grounds). Marsden has been Canagan’s preferred partner for its European exhibition programme, with a stand at Interzoo 2022 at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre.

Prices and lead times it publishes

Marsden is unusual in publishing price bands. Its cost guide puts shell scheme upgrades at £500 to £3,000, modular stands at £4,000 to £15,000 and fully bespoke stands at £15,000 and up. Per square metre, it says to budget £250 to £400 for a modular stand and £900 or more for a complex bespoke build. It can deliver a modular stand in a few days but advises at least six weeks, and puts the ideal lead time at 12 to 24 weeks depending on size and specification.

T3 modular system and in-house print

Modular stands use the T3 System with magnetic graphic panels that can be swapped between shows and reused on stands of different sizes. In 2022 Marsden says it became the first UK-based company in its industry to move all in-house printing to HP Latex water-based inks, and it has committed to becoming carbon negative with zero landfill waste by 2030.
