A business-events exhibition connecting meeting and incentive buyers with destinations, venues and suppliers. The organiser supports scheduled buyer meetings alongside exhibition activity. The current website has moved forward to the displayed edition after the previous show concluded.
Who it is for
Business-event planners, incentive buyers, destinations, hotels, venues and event suppliers.
Participation and planning
Check the buyer and attendee routes to understand eligibility and appointment access. Allow for the distinction between the exhibition days and any separate educational programme. Use the official show information for Mandalay Bay rather than assuming all Las Vegas trade shows use the convention centre.
Edition: 2027. For public opening hours and eligibility use the official organiser information below.
Check dates before booking travel and plan the full overseas budget.
