Raumtechnik builds large trade fair stands from its head office in Ostfildern, just south of Stuttgart. The company gives its operating area as 33,500 square metres, traces its roots to 1952, says it employs around 170 people worldwide and has delivered projects in more than 40 countries. Besides the Stuttgart base it has offices in Cologne and Munich, and it has recently opened a further office in Empfingen, in the Freudenstadt district. Hand over the whole stand, or just the build

You can use Raumtechnik as a full-service partner from concept to a turnkey stand, or bring it in only to engineer and build a design your own agency or architect has drawn. Its services page addresses brand and trade fair managers, architects, designers and event agency project managers, which makes it a sensible choice if you already have a creative partner. Its stand for Schneider Electric at HMI in Hannover, for example, was designed by George P. Johnson and built by Raumtechnik.

One supplier for production, rental kit and logistics

Everything after the design stays with one company: engineering, production, rental equipment, media technology, transport, assembly and dismantling, and storage between shows. The company says its production uses extensive machinery and advanced software, and it runs its own workshops in Europe and the USA. • Schneider Electric at HANNOVER MESSE (HMI) on the Hannover exhibition grounds: 1,775 m²

The EGGER stand it built at interzum was included in The Brand Experience & Trade Fair Design Annual 2026, and the concept by D’art Design won a BrandEx Award 2026 in Gold.

Certified quality and environmental management

If your procurement team asks for certificates, Raumtechnik is certified to ISO 9001 and, as it announced in February 2026, to ISO 14001:2015. The company says it reuses system components through a large rental pool, uses wood residues from production to heat its buildings, generates solar power on its roof and lights its workshops with LED.
