The Hinman Dental Meeting is an annual dental conference and trade show held each March at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. It is run by the Hinman Dental Society, a non-profit society of more than 800 member dentists, mainly in metropolitan Atlanta. The 2027 meeting is the 114th, under the theme Breaking Boundaries, and runs from Thursday 18 to Saturday 20 March 2027 in Building A. If you work in or sell to dental practices, it combines continuing education with an exhibit hall of more than 300 dental companies.

The exhibit hall keeps the same hours. On-site registration at the Building A main entrance opens on the Wednesday from 1pm to 5pm, then from 7.30am on each meeting day. The following meeting is already set for 16 to 18 March 2028. The 2026 meeting ran from 12 to 14 March 2026.
Who attends
The society says the meeting is attended each year by more than 12,000 dentists, hygienists, dental assistants and dental office staff. They come from Georgia, the wider south-eastern US, the rest of the country and abroad. Youth aged 12 to 17 may register for suitable lectures and visit the exhibit hall. Children under 12 are not allowed in courses or the exhibit hall, and strollers are not permitted on the floor.
Registration and admission
Registration for 2027 opens on Tuesday 10 November 2026. Prices step up after 18 February 2027.

- Guest $85, which gives exhibit hall entry and lets you buy course and event tickets but earns no CE credit
- Dental, hygiene, assistant and lab students, residents, educators and retired dentists not claiming CE $0
Courses and events must be booked in advance. Full refunds apply to cancellations received by noon Eastern Time on Monday 8 March 2027, after which a $25 fee applies.
What is on show
The exhibit hall brings together dental equipment makers, dental suppliers, practice software firms, refiners and practice finance providers. Companies on the 2027 exhibitor list include A-dec, Acteon, Air Techniques, Benco Dental Supply, Atlanta Dental Supply and Bausch Articulating Papers. Alongside the stands, the hall hosts the Learning Lab and the Total Health Pavilion, and the wider programme includes hands-on workshops, table clinics and lectures that earn CE credit.
Exhibiting at Hinman 2027
A 10ft by 10ft inline booth costs $4,400 and a corner booth $4,920, with a $4,400 island surcharge. Space is assigned by priority points, which you earn by exhibiting in consecutive years, applying on site for the next meeting, completing the post-show survey and booking through Hinman Housing. Move-in runs on 16 and 17 March 2027, and booths must stay open until 2pm on the Saturday.
