Messe Düsseldorf Asia

Messe Düsseldorf Asia gives you one organiser for a calendar of trade fairs in five Southeast Asian countries: Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines. Its shows cover plastics and rubber, printing and packaging, wire, tube, foundry and metallurgy, medical and health care, occupational safety and wine. The company is the Southeast Asian subsidiary of Messe Düsseldorf GmbH. It works from Singapore and says it has been active in the region since 1995.

Shows it runs

• MEDICAL FAIR THAILAND, 8 to 10 September 2027, Bangkok. The organiser lists this as the 12th edition, held at BITEC.

What it organises

Because its shows are grouped by sector, you can cover several neighbouring markets in one trip. In September 2027, wire Southeast Asia, Tube Southeast Asia, GIFA Southeast Asia and METEC Southeast Asia all run at BITEC from 15 to 17 September, and PACK PRINT INTERNATIONAL runs there from 15 to 18 September. MEDICAL FAIR THAILAND and CIOSH Thailand share the dates of 8 to 10 September 2027, which suits companies selling to both hospitals and workplace safety buyers. See more healthcare trade shows.

The company groups its work into three core industry areas:

• Machinery, Plant & Equipment, covering plastics and rubber, printing and packaging, wire and cable, and tube and pipe
• Medical & Health Care / Occupational Safety+Health
• Wine / Lifestyle

Support for exhibitors

As an exhibitor, you get on-site help with hotel reservations and travel, plus stand construction and technical support. That means fewer local suppliers to find yourself. The organiser also runs a sales promotion programme for its shows that includes advertising, direct mail, business matching, industry presentations, organised group visits and hosted buyer programmes. For costs and logistics, read our guides on planning an overseas exhibition budget and shipping exhibition equipment abroad.

Support for visitors

If you pre-register as a visitor, you get access to the online show directory. You can also ask for an invitation letter to support a visa application. A business matching service puts you in touch with exhibitors that meet your buying needs, and the organiser’s appointed travel agent finds hotel rates for you.
