Messe Berlin Asia Pacific

If you want to exhibit at or visit a Messe Berlin trade fair in Asia, Messe Berlin Asia Pacific is the office to deal with. It organises shows across Southeast Asia, India and beyond, the largest being ITB Asia (20 to 22 October 2027, Singapore). Its parent company, Messe Berlin GmbH, says it has organised international trade fairs and congresses since 1822.

What it organises

The company does three jobs, which the planner below should check against their needs.

• Its own shows in Asia. You can exhibit at regional events in travel and meetings, cleaning and hygiene, digital health and pharma, transport technology and fresh food. Travel buyers and sellers can browse more events in our travel and meetings trade shows hub.
• Help for Asian companies going to Messe Berlin fairs worldwide. If you are based in Southeast Asia, the Singapore office helps you take part as an exhibitor or visitor in Messe Berlin fairs in other countries. Messe Berlin lists ITB Berlin, InnoTrans, Grüne Woche, FRUIT LOGISTICA and ILA Berlin among its leading fairs. It says it runs more than 100 regional, national and international in-house and guest events each year, and has a network of 78 international sales representatives in over 166 countries.
• Advice for public bodies and associations. Government bodies, international trade and promotion organisations and trade associations can use the company’s consultation and supervisory services. It also says it is open to strategic partnerships in the region.

When you budget for a stand abroad, our guide to planning an overseas exhibition budget sets out the main costs, and shipping exhibition equipment abroad covers moving your stand to Singapore or India.
