IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center puts several large exhibition buildings, ballrooms and meeting rooms on one site, so you can run a big trade show, its conference and its evening functions without moving between venues. The operator says the complex covers a total area of over 300,000 square metres. It is in Muang Thong Thani, Nonthaburi, in Greater Bangkok, and is run by IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd., which says it has over 25 years of experience operating the venue.
Halls and floor space
You can choose a hall to suit your event. IMPACT Challenger gives you 60,000 square metres of column-free space in three connected halls, so you can plan stands without working around pillars. The operator describes it as the world’s largest column-free hall. IMPACT Exhibition Center has 8 multi-purpose halls with a combined space of 47,000 square metres, and the operator says they can be converted or partitioned into bigger or smaller spaces. That lets a smaller show take only the space it needs. Halls 9 to 12 can be converted into a 13,500 square metre space for smaller events.

Shuttle vans run from Victory Monument (35 baht, 05:30 to 22:00) and from MRT Chatuchak Park Station Exit 3 or BTS Mochit Station Exit 4 (36 baht, 06:00 to 21:00). Facilities and services
You can buy several services from the venue itself, which cuts the number of suppliers you have to manage. The operator lists Exhibition Conference & Event Management, Food & Beverage, Advertising & Branding and Hotels, and offers exhibition management and planning consultancy and catering. Its sales consultants are on +66(0) 2833 5252.
Planning your stand or visit
You can plan your space before you arrive. For each building the operator publishes a Facilities Guide, Rules & Regulations in English, Level 1 and Level 2 floor plans, including food and beverage plans, a virtual site inspection video and a virtual tour. Read the rules before you commission a stand builder. Our guides on planning an overseas exhibition budget and shipping exhibition equipment abroad cover the next steps.
