Agro Sourcing Expo

Agro Sourcing Expo is a B2B trade fair for the crop production inputs market. Its first edition runs from 24 to 26 November 2026 in Hall B at Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn, near Warsaw. Ptak Warsaw Expo organises the fair. It brings manufacturers of seeds, fertilisers, biostimulants, crop protection products and agronomic technologies together with the distributors, buyers and partners who bring those products to market. The organiser focuses it on sourcing, building distribution channels and developing sales in Poland and across Central and Eastern Europe.

Agro Sourcing Expo 2026 dates and opening hours

The fair is open to visitors from 10:00 to 17:00 on 24, 25 and 26 November 2026. Exhibitors have access from 8:00 to 18:00 on each show day. Individual stand assembly runs from 8:00 to 18:00 on 22 November and from 8:00 to 20:00 on 23 November. Stands built by Ptak Warsaw Expo are installed from 8:00 to 20:00 on 23 November. Dismantling runs from 17:00 to 24:00 on 26 November and from 8:00 to 12:00 on 27 November. Because this is a first edition, it is worth checking the official show dates again before you book travel.

Who exhibits and who visits

The organiser expects these exhibitor groups:

• seed and planting material producers, plant breeders and variety owners
• manufacturers of fertilisers, plant nutrition products, biostimulants and bioinputs
• suppliers of microorganisms and biological crop solutions
• manufacturers of crop protection and biocontrol products
• suppliers of soil and plant diagnostics, laboratories, agronomic services and precision agriculture technology
• contract manufacturing and private label companies, plus logistics, warehousing and trade service providers

The target visitors are distributors of agricultural inputs, wholesalers and agricultural retail chains, buyers and procurement specialists, importers and exporters, and purchasing and producer groups. Owners and managers of large farms, agronomists and advisors, and country managers and sales development teams are also on the list.

Show sectors

The six exhibition sectors are seeds and sowing material, fertilisers and plant nutrition, biostimulants and biological crop support, crop protection and biocontrol, soil, diagnostics and agronomy, and distribution, sourcing and agricultural trade. Private label and contract manufacturing are also covered. The Agro Sourcing Forum conference runs alongside the fair. Its programme covers inputs, procurement, distribution, private labels, regulation and sales development across Central and Eastern European markets. A networking zone will also be available during the fair. A medal and diploma ceremony recognises exhibitors in 4 categories: Trade Fair Activity, Industry Expert, Contributor to Fair Success and Trade Fair Product.

Tickets and registration

Anyone who registers online or at the fair office receives a free pass. An invitation alone does not give entry. Visitors under 18 may attend only with a parent or legal guardian, and children under 7 get in free. Animals are not allowed in the halls. Food outlets and cloakrooms are available on site. Exhibitors can request a stand through the official site, and a catalogue of ready-made stand designs is offered. For stand planning, the maximum floor load is 2.5 t/m2 and suspended elements may weigh up to 50 kg per point. Documents for hanging elements are due 40 days before the fair. Getting there

The venue is at Al. Katowicka 62, 05-830 Nadarzyn, directly on the S8 towards Katowice (Paszków exit). The organiser puts it about 10 minutes from Warsaw Chopin Airport and 15 minutes from central Warsaw by car, and 13 minutes by car from Warsaw West station. Buses 703 and 711 run from Krakowska P+R to the Paszków stop, and bus 733 runs to the Centrum Mody stop. Both stops are in the second ticket zone. Parking is free, and the venue reports 15,000 spaces.

Past editions

The organiser lists other events running during the fair, among them a precision agriculture fair, a fire protection fair and a fair for churches and religious institutions.
