Modular stand systems

beMatrix

Roeselare, Belgium

beMatrix makes a modular frame system for exhibition stands, congress walls, events and pop-up spaces, designed to be reused many times.

What a modular stand system is

A modular system is a kit of reusable parts: aluminium frames or profiles, connectors, panels and tensioned fabric graphics. The same parts can be rebuilt in a different layout for the next show, so the stand pays for itself over several events, ships in less space and goes up faster than a built stand. Some systems also include raised floors, lightboxes and LED walls.

Buying or hiring

Most system makers sell to stand builders rather than to exhibitors. If you want a modular stand, ask your stand builder which system it uses, or ask the maker for a certified partner near your show. Builders that own a large stock of a system can often hire you a stand rather than sell one.

What to compare

  • The size of the partner network in the countries where you exhibit.
  • Maximum heights, double-deck options and how the system handles rigging and lighting.
  • How graphics attach (silicone edge fabric, panels or both).
  • Spare parts and how long the system has been on the market.

How we list companies

Every company here was checked on its own website and, for most, in the member directory of IFES, the International Federation of Exhibition and Event Services. We record where it is based and which services it offers, with the date we last checked. Listings are free. If you run one of these companies, you can claim your listing to update it, or ask for a correction.
