How exhibition furniture hire works
You choose from a catalogue, order for the show and the furniture is delivered to your stand before it opens, then collected at the end. Some suppliers are official suppliers to particular venues or organisers and take orders through the exhibitor manual; others deliver to any show in their region. Your stand builder can usually order furniture for you.
Tips
- Order early for big shows, when popular pieces run out.
- Check the delivery window and who signs for the furniture on the stand.
- Ask about damage cover and what happens if items are missing at collection.
- Match the colours to your graphics; many suppliers offer counters with a printed front.
