What to hire for a stand
Most stands need at least screens or an LED wall for video, lighting to lift graphics and products, and power to run it all. Larger stands add sound, presentation areas, touchscreens and interactive displays. AV companies deliver the kit, install it, test it before the show opens and collect it at the end.
Things to check
- Order the electrical supply from the venue in time: an AV company can tell you the load you need.
- Confirm the screen sizes and the content format early, so your video plays correctly on the day.
- Ask whether a technician stays on site during open days.
- Check sound limits in the exhibitor manual; many shows restrict volume on stands.
