What exhibition logistics companies do

Trade fair forwarders collect your stand and exhibits, ship them to the venue, deal with customs (often under a temporary import such as an ATA Carnet), deliver to the stand at a booked time, store the empty crates during the show and ship everything back or on to the next event. Many shows appoint an official forwarder who handles deliveries inside the venue.

Plan ahead

  • Check the organiser's shipping deadlines and the official forwarder for the show.
  • Pack exhibits so they can be handled and repacked on the stand.
  • Ask for a door-to-stand quote that includes on-site handling and empty storage.

How we list companies

Every company here was checked on its own website and, for most, in the member directory of IFES, the International Federation of Exhibition and Event Services. We record where it is based and which services it offers, with the date we last checked. Listings are free. If you run one of these companies, you can claim your listing to update it, or ask for a correction.
