What exhibition services cover

Exhibiting at a trade show means booking far more than floor space. The organiser sells you the space and, usually, a basic shell scheme stand. Everything else comes from contractors:

Booking services for an overseas show

If you exhibit abroad, you can use a builder from your own country who travels with the stand, or a builder based near the venue. A local builder knows the venue rules and saves on transport; a builder from home may already know your brand and hold your stand in storage. Many exhibitors use a home builder for design and a local partner for the build. Either way, read the exhibitor manual from the organiser first: it sets the build-up and breakdown times, the deadlines for stand plans and the rules on height, rigging and electrics.

Use the trade show calendar to check dates and the venue for your show, then look at the builders and suppliers based in that city or country. Show and venue pages in this directory also list stand builders based in the same city.

How we list companies

Every company here was checked on its own website and, for most, in the member directory of IFES, the International Federation of Exhibition and Event Services. We record where it is based and which services it offers, with the date we last checked. Listings are free. If you run one of these companies, you can claim your listing to update it, or ask for a correction.
