LVE (Las Vegas Expo)

LVE (Las Vegas Expo) is a family-run tradeshow and exposition contractor that began as a single shop in Las Vegas in 1994. It designs, fabricates, ships and installs exhibits, and produces complete shows, from six US branches. Its headquarters is in Las Vegas, and it says it works in every major US market for both exhibitors and show organisers. It is listed here among stand builders.

Exhibits it builds

For exhibitors, LVE offers custom island and inline exhibits, rental exhibits that are reconfigured and refreshed between shows, lightweight systems an exhibitor’s own staff can set up, and engineered double-deck structures. Graphics and large-format print are produced and finished in-house. It also supplies AV and lighting, rigging, signage and labour crews, and says it owns its rental structures, furnishings, AV and signage.

The company describes its process as turning a concept into an exact, buildable design before any panel is cut, fabricating on its own benches, then crating, tracking and routing the exhibit with the same crew that built it, which also installs and strikes it. Between shows it warehouses, refurbishes and tracks client exhibits.

Projects it publishes

  • Wrangler at Cowboy Christmas, Las Vegas: a relationship of more than ten years that began with storage and logistics and moved to turnkey booths designed, fabricated and installed by LVE, including cross-docking.
  • John Wayne Experience: a 2,000 sq ft custom exhibit on the actor’s personal and professional life.
  • Boot Barn Beach Club: a brand activation built on sand, levelled and anchored to stand three days of sun, wind and crowds.

Show production for organisers

LVE also works as general service contractor, handling floor plans, rigging, drayage and crews. It names CHAMPS Trade Shows, six annual North American shows with more than 900 exhibitors and more than 2,500 booths; Mining Forum Americas, staged in a 90,000 sq ft venue; the Snap-on Franchisee Conference, laid out with more than 22,000 products in over ten themed sections; and a broadcast stage set for Teton Ridge at the National Finals Rodeo. Its site carries an EAC registration page and an online exhibitor portal.

LVE is listed as a company member of IFES, the International Federation of Exhibition and Event Services. All its branches are in the United States, so teams travelling from abroad may want the guides on shipping exhibition equipment abroad and planning an overseas exhibition budget.
