Adexpo

Adexpo is a Dutch company in Oud Gastel, near Breda, that hires out design furniture for exhibition stands, exhibitions and events. It says it has supplied furniture to trade fairs for 35 years and works for clients across Europe, and it is listed under exhibition furniture hire and among suppliers based in the Netherlands.

What Adexpo hires out

The rental range covers individual chairs and tables as well as complete furniture sets, for stands of different sizes and for presentations and reception areas. According to the company, it judges pieces on comfort and stability as well as looks, and on how well they match an exhibitor’s corporate identity.

Each month the site features one piece. The current example is the KIARA armchair in blue, with soft fabric upholstery, gently curved armrests and black metal legs, which Adexpo suggests for lounge and reception areas at shows.

How it works with exhibitors

Adexpo offers to help plan the furniture layout, taking into account the target audience, the floor space available and the size of the stand. Its team page describes the route from first contact and planning through quality control to delivery, with staff in sales, planning, operations, logistics, finance, HR, marketing and quality. Named roles include an Exhibition Services and Operations Lead, exhibition services project planners, a warehouse team leader, a manager for engineering and quality, and a technical coordinator for equipment and transport. André van Bezooijen is the Managing Director.

• Vitafoods Europe 2026: 427 pallets on 17 lorries for stands, meeting rooms and hospitality areas.
• A show in Paris: 486 pallets of rental furniture on 19 lorries to 667 stands, from feature stands to shell schemes and space-only stands.

Its photo captions also show Adexpo furniture at ISM Pro Sweets 2017 in Cologne, Domotex 2019, FI Europe 2025 and ISH 2019 in Frankfurt, where it supplied bar stools.

Memberships and scale

Adexpo is a company member of IFES, the International Federation of Exhibition and Event Services, whose member directory lists it with 70 employees and furniture as its service. Its own site offers a downloadable Adexpo Magazine.
