Element Expo (Element-Expo s.r.o.) is an exhibition stand builder based in Telnice, a short distance from Brno in the Czech Republic. It designs, produces and builds trade fair stands, and says it offers a turnkey service covering everything from technical concept development to post-expo services. It is one of the stand builders in this directory and appears among the stand builders in the Czech Republic.
What Element Expo covers
The company lists eight areas of work on its website:
- Technical concept development for the stand
- Communication with the venue organisers
- Its own wooden production
- Construction and installation
- Logistics and transport
- On-site support and maintenance
- Post-expo services
- Health and safety measures
The company says it brings years of experience, a professional craftsmen team and project management skills to this work. Because transport sits within its service, exhibitors taking a stand to a fair in another country may find the guide to shipping exhibition equipment abroad useful when comparing quotes.
Timber sourcing and reuse
Element Expo says it introduced sustainability measures after seeing how much waste is produced when stands are built and taken down. Its published policy applies to all wooden products and stand elements.
Sourcing
According to the company, it buys wood only from partners supplying timber from forests certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) or the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC).
Reuse between projects
Boards such as DTD, LTD and OSB, plywood and other timber products are put back into new stand production cycles. Wooden boards are finished with ABS edging to protect them, especially in transit, and the corners of each pallet are covered with hard paper. The company says this lets the same pieces be assembled on site without replacements and kept for later stands.
End of life
When wooden elements can no longer be used, its suppliers provide special containers that go back to the factories, where the wood is broken down into particles and made into new boards. Leftover wood dust is often used for composting or for making fire bricks.
People and memberships
The website names Vyacheslav “Slavek” Ganzha as co-founder and lists Petr Machek alongside him as a contact. Element Expo is a company member of IFES, the International Federation of Exhibition and Event Services.
Other stand builders listed here include Sun Drive, Artenlux Expo, Beire and MIBA.
