Fintech Poland Expo is a trade fair for digital finance, payments and financial technology. Its first edition runs from 1 to 3 December 2026 at Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn, on the edge of Warsaw. The fair is organised by Ptak Warsaw Expo, which also runs the exhibition centre. It covers technology for the financial sector, banking, payments, commerce and business, and is aimed at banks, fintech companies, retailers, e-commerce businesses, insurers and the specialists who buy and run these systems. The Financial Technology Conference runs alongside the fair.

It also covers insurance technology, lending and digital financing, investment technology and wealth management, cryptocurrencies, tokenisation and digital assets, finance for retail and online sales, finance and accounting tools for smaller firms, and finance infrastructure.
The Financial Technology Conference covers innovation in digital finance, payments and banking. It brings together experts, financial institutions, technology companies and regulators. The fair also has a networking zone and an educational programme of talks given by industry practitioners. Exhibitors can apply for medals and diplomas in four categories: Trade Fair Activity, Industry Expert, Contributor to Fair Success and Trade Fair Product.
Tickets and registration
Anyone who registers online or at the fair office gets a free pass. You can register for a free ticket on the official site. An invitation alone does not get you in, so you still need to register. The organiser does not recommend bringing children. Children under 7 get in free, and anyone under 18 must be with a parent or legal guardian at all times. Animals are not allowed in the halls. There are food outlets on site and cloakrooms in the halls that can take a small suitcase.
Exhibiting
Companies book stands through an enquiry form. The organiser offers preferential rates on space and stand construction for a limited time. It also has a catalogue of ready-made stand designs and offers construction vouchers. Badges and welcome packages are posted to registered participants. On the technical side, the floor takes up to 2.5 tonnes per square metre and each hanging point takes up to 50 kg. Hanging plans, stand designs and fire certificates for materials must reach the organiser 40 days before the fair. Our guides on shipping exhibition equipment abroad and planning an overseas exhibition budget can help with preparation.
Getting there
The venue is at Al. Katowicka 62, 05-830 Nadarzyn, right on the S8 towards Katowice (Paszków exit). The organiser says the drive takes about 15 minutes from central Warsaw and under 10 minutes from Warsaw Chopin Airport. Modlin and Lodz airports are also within reach. Parking is free, and the organiser lists 15,000 spaces. Buses 703 and 711 run from the Krakowska P+R to the Paszków stop, and bus 733 runs to the Centrum Mody stop. Both stops are in the second ticket zone. By car, the venue is about 13 minutes from Warsaw Western railway station.
Other events during the fair
The organiser lists other fairs running at the venue at the same time, covering security and protection systems, electromobility, medical imaging, audiology and hearing prosthetics, car wash and vehicle care, fuel stations, and commercial and investment real estate.
