Pollutec

Pollutec is a trade show for environmental and energy technologies. The next edition runs from 12 to 15 October 2027 at Eurexpo Lyon in Chassieu, Greater Lyon, and is organised by RX through RX France. It presents equipment, technologies and services for preventing and treating all types of pollution, and for sustainable development. The show is aimed at private and public sector professionals in industry, local authorities, cities and regions. The organiser says Pollutec has been running for 45 years.

Pollutec 2027 dates and opening hours

The show homepage gives 12 to 15 October 2027, and the organiser describes the show as 4 exhibition days. The show FAQ gives a different end date, 17 October 2027. Who exhibits and who visits

By the organiser’s count, the show has 2,000 exhibitors, more than 130 startups and 51,000 trade visitors, with 21% international participants and more than 100 countries represented. It also reports 80,000 m² of exhibition space, 350 conferences, more than 1,200 business meetings, and more than 300 journalists and nearly 80 media partners at each edition. On the published show plan, Halls 1, 2 and 3 hold waste, Hall 4 energy and groups and institutions, Hall 5 air and risks, and Hall 6 water.

What is on at the show

The programme includes more than 20 speaking areas, the Pollutec Innovation Awards, a Talent Hub, visitor trails and themed guided tours. The Visitor Hub opened in 2025 on the Place des Lumières. It brings together Café Pollutec, a press and bookstore area, a concierge desk, a Lyon Tourist Office kiosk, Work and Chill spaces and the Pollutec House, where you can meet the sales team. The Green Days international business meetings are run by the Auvergne Rhône Alpes CCI as part of the Enterprise Europe Network. In 2023 they had more than 700 participants from 48 countries and more than 1,800 meetings, and taking part was free for exhibitors and visitors.

Tickets and registration

Trade visitors, journalists and accompanied student groups register online. The ticket office for 2027 has not opened yet, and entrance fees are listed as information to follow. People under 18 are not admitted except in exceptional cases or with the organiser’s prior written authorisation. Badges become available two weeks before the show, are issued in your name and cannot be transferred. Conferences are free with a badge, and you do not need to book them. A visa letter can be downloaded from the registration confirmation email. Exhibitors register through their exhibitor hub. The RX France helpdesk is on +33 1 47 56 64 44, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. The organiser warns of fraudulent emails offering visitor lists and says RX France does not sell or rent its data. Getting there

The venue address is EUREXPO Exhibition Centre, 9 Avenue Louis Blériot, 69680 Chassieu, Greater Lyon, France. Eurexpo Lyon has designated parking spaces and adapted access points for people with reduced mobility, and wheelchair accessible counters at the main entrance desks.

Past editions

The previous edition ran from 7 to 10 October 2025 in Lyon. The 2025 themes were health, decarbonisation, bioeconomy and science. Before that, the show was held in 2023.
