Symbiosis

Symbiosis designs and builds custom and modular stands, with a head office on Regent Street in London, a US company in New York and its workshops near Andover in Hampshire. Its London and New York teams manage concept, 3D design, build, logistics and delivery, and it says it regularly delivers projects across the UK, Europe and further afield. Shows abroad

For international shows, Symbiosis works with trusted local suppliers and runs the project from the UK. It has been appointed a Recommended Stand Contractor for ICE Barcelona, a recognition the company links to more than 15 years of building stands at ICE, and in 2021 it was reappointed a preferred stand supplier to Clarion Gaming for its iGB events, including iGB Affiliate Amsterdam. Its published work includes a stand for Cooper Turner Beck at ONS in Norway, and its 2026 event calendar lists the SiGMA World Summit in Rome. beMatrix stands you can reuse

Many Symbiosis stands are built on beMatrix, an aluminium frame system that can be reconfigured for different stand sizes and shows. The company says it is one of only five in Europe with beMaster Plus status, beMatrix’s mark for build quality. Graphics are designed for repeat use, everything for the stand is made in its own production workshop and large format print studio, and your stand is kept between events in its two warehouses. Symbiosis was awarded Better Stands Gold certification in 2025 across all its stands at the Speciality and Fine Food Fair, says none of its waste goes to landfill, and plans a fully electric fleet by 2028.

Safety and project management

Symbiosis is ESSA Health and Safety accredited. You get a dedicated project manager from brief to de-brief, and the company also builds double deck stands, shell scheme for organisers and white label projects for creative agencies.
