The Venetian Expo gives you up to 1.035 million square feet of exhibit space under one roof, with ballrooms, more than 300 meeting rooms and over 7,000 suites in the same resort, so your exhibitors, speakers and visitors can stay, meet and exhibit without leaving the building. It is the convention and expo centre of The Venetian Resort on the Las Vegas Strip, and the resort runs it. You find the Expo at the end of Restaurant Row, the hallway that leads from The Venetian and The Palazzo to the Convention Center.

Halls and floor space

You can size your event hall by hall. Halls A, B, C and D are contiguous and can be combined for a total of 655,600 square feet. Hall G, the largest, has no airwalls, and two escalators link it to Halls A and B. The operator puts the full combination at 367,000 square feet to 1.035 million square feet. Heavy exhibits suit Hall G, which has no floor load limit. Halls A to D carry 250 lbs per sq. ft.

Conference and meeting rooms

Your breakout sessions can sit next to the show floor. The 100 and 200 Series, the 300 Series and the 400 Series meeting rooms are all on Level 1, beside Hall G. Each room has 1,300 square feet, with seats for 130 theatre style, 87 banquet or 54 classroom, and space for 186 at a reception. With airwalls you can join rooms into spaces of up to 7,800 square feet in the 100 and 200 Series, 6,500 square feet in the 300 Series and 5,200 square feet in the 400 Series. For a keynote or gala dinner, the Venetian Ballroom connects to Hall D and divides into up to 12 smaller spaces.

Getting there and parking

You can drive straight in. The Venetian garage is reached from Las Vegas Boulevard or by a shared access road off Koval Lane, and The Palazzo garage from Sands Avenue. Self parking costs $20 per day for hotel guests. Convention guests pay standard self-parking rates unless their show sets other terms. Limited oversized vehicle parking is available on the ground level of The Venetian garage. The Deuce bus runs 24 hours a day, and rideshare drop-off for The Venetian is at the Front Drive.

Facilities and services

You order every stand service from one supplier. The Venetian Expo provides catering, cleaning, rigging, lighting, internet and telecom, electrical and plumbing in-house, and orders go through its online portal. It is the only provider of food and drink for consumption on site, and you need written authorisation to hand out samples. The resort calls itself “one of the largest, most robust Wi-Fi6 meeting and convention centers in the world”. The operator reports a $188 million renovation of the convention centre.

Planning your stand or visit

Budget for power on its own, because electrical service is not included in equipment pricing. Power is switched on 30 minutes before the show opens and off 30 minutes after it closes, and dedicated 24-hour power costs extra. If you bring wireless devices, you supply your own router or access point. Island and peninsula booths of 400 square feet or larger in Halls A to D may hang signs up to 25′ high. Signs are not allowed in Hall G. Our guides on shipping exhibition equipment abroad and checking official show dates help with the rest.
