How a project runs

Each project gets a single project manager who stays with it from the first brief to dismantling. The company describes a five-stage process: a brief covering show date, venue, stand size and brand guidelines; a photorealistic 3D render with two rounds of revisions; a documented plan for materials, production and logistics; fabrication in its own facilities with progress photos every two days; and installation completed two full days before the show opens. It reports that 97% of its 2025 projects were delivered on or ahead of schedule.
