Editorial policy

The directory is intended for practical trade-show research. Its records are source-based summaries, not real-time booking information, endorsements or a claim to cover every exhibition.

Original sources and checking dates

Use the organiser’s own announcement as the primary source for show dates and venue. Venue calendars can corroborate it. A source link and record-level last-checked date explain where a fact came from and when it was checked; they do not guarantee that it has not changed since. Conflicting or unannounced dates must not be guessed from previous editions.

Editions and statistics

Date-sensitive facts belong to the relevant edition. Attendance, exhibitor counts and floor areas need a source and clear meaning. Admissions may include repeat visits; net exhibition space is different from gross floor area. Organiser-reported numbers must not be described as independently audited without evidence. Unknown information is not zero.

Listing and ownership status

A profile may be researched before its subject claims it. A claim is a request to manage a profile, checked through the directory’s review process. It is not certification of financial standing, safety or event quality. Corrections and removal requests remain available without an account or purchase.

Guides and paid prominence

Planning guides explain decisions and sources; they do not imply that the writer attended a show or personally used a service. Paid prominence must be labelled. Commercial relationships must not change factual dates or buy favourable independent assessments. Source information remains distinct from advertising.

Report a problem

Use Corrections and include the listing URL, the fact in question and the organiser or venue source. For an article, use Contact. Material corrections should be made clear. Check the official source before booking: organisers may change dates, admission and arrangements after our last check.
