These terms apply when you use exhibition-directory.com. Exhibition Directory is a trading name of Watts Digital Consulting Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 14574775. Registered office: #3042 275 New North Road, London, England, N1 7AA. VAT number 454187577. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Watts Digital Consulting Ltd trading as Exhibition Directory.
What the directory is for
Exhibition Directory helps businesses find and compare trade shows, organisers and exhibition venues. Records are summaries of information published by organisers and venues, each with a source and a last-checked date. We do not sell show admission, stand space, travel or accommodation, and we are not the organiser of any event listed.
Check before you rely on a record
Organisers can change dates, venues, opening hours and admission rules at any time. Confirm the details with the official organiser before you book travel, buy tickets or commit to stand space. Guides explain how to research a decision; they are general information, not legal, customs, tax or financial advice for your circumstances.
Listings, claims and corrections
Profiles may be researched and published before the business concerned has seen them. Claiming a listing is free and is checked through our review process; approval lets you suggest updates but is not an endorsement or a certificate of quality. Anyone can ask for a factual correction or removal through Corrections and removal without an account or payment. We may edit, decline or remove submitted information that we cannot verify or that breaks these terms.
Paid services
No paid listing or promotion services are on sale at present, and no payments are taken through this website. If paid options are introduced, their price, what they include, how long they last and how renewal and cancellation work will be published before anyone can buy them. Any paid prominence will be labelled, and payment will never change the factual content of a record.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your login details secure and tell us if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for information you submit. We may suspend an account that is used to submit false information, impersonate a business or misuse the service.
Acceptable use
Do not copy the directory in bulk, scrape it with automated tools, use it to build a competing database, attempt to bypass security controls or submit unlawful, misleading or infringing material. You may link to any public page and quote short extracts with a link back to the source page.
Intellectual property
The text, data compilation and design of this website belong to Watts Digital Consulting Ltd or its licensors. Show names, logos and trade marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the events concerned. Photographs credited to third parties are used under the licence stated with them.
Links to other websites
Records link to official organiser, venue and government websites. Those sites are run independently and have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content or availability.
Our responsibility to you
We take care to keep records accurate and to show where information came from, but we cannot guarantee that every record is complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on information that changed after we checked it or that the organiser published incorrectly. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms when the website or its services change; the date below shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
